German Post DHL Parcel Premium Shipments are insured for up to €500. The costs of shipments depend on the destination country and calculated and shown at checkout.
Processing & Delivery time
All orders made before 12:00 hours (central European time) from items in stock will be shipped the same day. All orders on holidays/weekends or after 12:00 hours (central European time) will be shipped the next business day. Products that are in backorder will be shipped usually within 10 days. Standard shipping delivery is between 3 to 5 business days within the EU and 10-14 on destinations outside the EU. For Orders shipped via DHL Parcel Economy or DHL Parcel Premium, delivery times may vary depending on the country of destination, nevertheless, the delivery time is shorter than for standard shipments. With DHL International Premium Shipping delivery takes 2-4 business days within the EU. All orders shipped outside the European Union with shipping other than DHL EXPRESS are depending on customs clearance in the destination country, therefore delivery times are longer, the final delivery will be done by local postal services depending on the carrier.

Returns from within the European Union are free of charge the first time. The return shipping costs will be charged or discounted on the refund for returns from outside the EU or after the first-time exchange, depending on the destination country.
Shipments returned to us (returned to sender), due to an incorrect shipping address or were not picked up on time, will be treated as returns and the shipping cost will be charged depending on the destination country or deducted from the refund.Exchanges
