  • Worldwide Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping for orders over €75, including basic tracking. For orders under €75, shipping starts at €4.95, depending on the destination.
  • Diverse Shipping Options:
    • PostNL (tracked)
    • German Post DHL Parcel Economy (tracked)
    • German Post DHL Parcel Premium (tracked & insured, faster than Economy)
    • FedEx Economy (tracked)
    • DHL Economy International (tracked, only available in Europe)
    • DHL Express International (tracked)
  • Insurance: German Post DHL Parcel Premium shipments are insured up to €500.
  • Costs: Shipping fees depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout.

Processing & Delivery Times

  • Dispatch Schedule: Orders made before 12:00 CET from in-stock items will be dispatched the same day. Orders made after 12:00 CET or on holidays/weekends will be shipped the next business day.
  • Back Orders: Typically dispatched within 10 days.
  • Delivery Estimates:
    • EU: 3-5 business days for standard shipping.
    • Outside EU: 10-14 business days for standard shipping.
    • DHL Parcel Economy/Premium: Varies by destination.
    • DHL International Premium: 2-4 business days within the EU.
    • FedEx and DHL EXPRESS: 2-4 business days worldwide.

Order Cancellation

Cancellation During Transit: If you wish to cancel your order while it is in transit, you must first receive the package and then send it back to our return address.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: Upon arrival, please inspect your package for any damaged, missing, or incorrect items. If you find a defect or an incorrect product, we’ll issue a prepaid shipping label for its return. Contact us within 48 hours for any issues. Failure to contact us within this timeframe will deem all items as received and intact.
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We aim for your satisfaction. New and unworn items can be returned for a full refund, store credit, or exchange within 14 calendar days from delivery. Items must be in new, original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Period: We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. Returns need to be requested in the customer account, which can be found in the menu of our website
  • Return Conditions:
    • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unused, with all tags attached and in original packaging.
    • Sale items can only be returned if damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    • Due to health concerns, face masks, scrub caps, compression socks, and other PPE cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    • Made-to-order items are non-returnable unless damaged or faulty upon delivery.
    • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that returned items are received by us in an undamaged state.
  • Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
  • Processing Returns: Returns/store credits are processed within 4-5 business days upon arrival at our warehouse. Notification will be sent once a refund or store credit is issued.
