Customer care representative

Currently we are looking for a bilingual Spanish/English speaking customer care representative

In this function you are responsible for assisting our clients from all over the world with questions and assisting them with questions leading up to their orders, as well as informing them about the order and shipping status after the order is made.


  • Bilingual in Spanish/English, knowledge of other languages is very welcome
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Strong written contact handling skills (all contact is by chat or email)
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work from home with internet access and a quiet and private work space
  • Knowledge of social media is very welcome
